INFORMATION

The Gorilla Grip™ Closure device is approx. 3” long and 1” wide. It has been designed to work on any garden variety embalming incision point. Gorilla Grips tm also work great on pacemaker removals (direct cremations as well as embalming cases). The closure is made from a durable vinyl polymer. This secret polymer was selected because it actually gets stronger when it comes in contact with passive moisture.

Follow these SIMPLE STEPS to insure a proper closure.

1.  Press dimple end of closure device into desired incision point. This will leave a 3 dot impression on the surface of the skin. Make your incision along this 3 dot line. Commence with your embalming procedure.
2.  Swab out the incision with cotton and install your favorite incision seal powder.
3.  Install the dimple end of the closure inside the incision under the surface of the skin. Secure the installed closure with your fingers from the surface of the skin. Push down on the exterior end of the closure device with your thumbs until secure. DO NOT SQUEEZE THE CLOSURE TOGETHER.
