SHIPPING
All orders shipped via UPS. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. We will ship to your residence or business.
Kindly allow 2 weeks for delivery.

RETURN POLICY
If any ornament or item is broken, please contact us immediately either by phone 248-577-9975 or email at ron@graveyardgift.com. Send the broken item to NRJ Enterprises, P.O. Box 1773, Royal Oak, MI 48068-1773. Once we receive the item we will gladly send you a replacement (if available). If we are sold out of that particular item or ornament we will offer you a second choice or refund the purchase price.

If you are not satisfied with your selection, kindly send it back to the above address within 10 days of receiving the order and we will grant you a refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to insure and pay for shipping on all returns. If the product is returned damaged or broken, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect from the U.S.P.S. By ordering our product, you are hereby consenting to this policy.
